Cancellations

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account.
  • After cancelling, you keep access until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds

  • If something isn’t right, contact us within a reasonable time and we’ll do our best to make it fair.
  • Refund requests are reviewed case by case at hello@studai.one.

Renewals

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
